Your brand is your business. Your business name, logo, and slogan are some the most valuable assets that your business can own and yet, often, these assets remain unprotected. Registering your trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office “USPTO” is one of the best and most effective steps you can take to ensure that your business’s trademarks are adequately protected.

In this class you will learn:

  • What constitutes a trademark
  • Why and how to protect your trademarks
  • The advantages of registering your trademarks with the USPTO
  •  An overview of how to register your trademarks with the USPTO

Come with any questions you may have on the trademark registration process.
