Bio:  Matthew VanHorn and Caleb Arring are partners in business and in life. They work together creating programs and offering one-on-one coaching to help LGBTQ entrepreneurs grow and expand their businesses. Caleb and Matthew envision a world where LGBTQ entrepreneurs increase their impact in their community and the world by helping them to be unstoppable in their business. 

Matthew has been coaching people in relationships for years. In his work he realized that he was helping people in every aspect of their lives, from relationships, to business, to personal growth and beyond. He grew his own business and realized he had a gift for expanding businesses. Matthew wants to help others in the LGBTQ community to achieve business success. 

Caleb has always loved being an entrepreneur.  He has a Masters in Business Administration and has worked a variety of management positions before becoming trained as an attorney and ultimately opening his own immigration law firm. Caleb is taking his formal education combined with his real world experience to help other LGBTQ Entrepreneurs to grow and expand their businesses.
