Bio: After a fourteen year career as a FireFighter/Paramedic, Sarah found herself in her most challenging career role as a stay at home parent. Sarah holds a BS in Human Anatomy and Kinesiology and an MPA. She has been teaching American Heart Association CPR since 1998. In her spare time she is usually in the ocean riding waves in any way possible- surfing, paddling, or in an outrigger canoe.
