Do you have client meetings that deserve an upgrade from the kitchen table or the coffee shop?  Do you need to conduct interviews or have strategic discussions that are too private to hold in your storefront?  Do you have remote teams that need a place to work together now and then? Our two prime locations in the heart of historic Petaluma make us a convenient site for your important meetings.

Meeting room hours can be purchased online or in person.

We have a friendly 6 hour cancellation policy.

DOWNTOWN Meeting Rooms:

Located at 10 Fourth Street, Petaluma next to the Library Museum.

Normal business hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. After hours reservations can be made but require advanced notice.


Brick Room (seats 2-4) includes:

  • round table with four chairs
  • high speed Wi-Fi
  • LCD monitor
  • large whiteboard
  • window with courtyard view
  • plus, with your ten pack purchase you’ll also receive member discounts, listing in our Directory, and invitations to members only events like happy hour, holiday parties, mixers, etc.

HOURLY:  $20/hr standard ~ $15/hr discounted rate for members & non-profits

DAILY:  $95/day

PACKS:  $145 for 10 hours ($14.50/hr) or $250 for 20 hours ($12.50/hr) ~ can be used in 1/2 hour increments, good for six months.


Wood Room (seats 4-6) includes:

  • rectangular table with six chairs and two guest chairs
  • high speed Wi-Fi
  • large whiteboard & large LCD monitor
  • windows with view of museum
  • plus, with your ten pack purchase you’ll also receive member discounts, listing in our Directory, and invitations to members only events like happy hour, holiday parties, mixers, etc.

HOURLY:  $35/hr standard ~ $20/hr discounted rate for members & non-profits

DAILY:  $160/day

PACKS:  $250 for 10 hours ($25/hr) or $400 for 20 hours ($20/hr) ~ can be used in 1/2 hour increments, good for six months.


 The Library (seats 6-12+) includes:


  • rectangular table with eight chairs and six guest chairs
  • high speed Wi-Fi
  • large whiteboard, projector, easel, & conference phone
  • windows
  • plus, with your ten pack purchase you’ll also receive member discounts, listing in our Directory, and invitations to members only events like happy hour, holiday parties, mixers, etc.

HOURLY:  $45/hr standard ~ $35/hr discounted rate for members & non-profits

DAILY:  $225/day

PACKS:  $350 for 10 hours ($35/hr) or $600 for 20 hours ($30/hr) ~ can be used in 1/2 hour increments, good for six months.



UPTOWN Meeting Rooms:

Located at our self-serve location at 245 Kentucky Street across from Penry Park.

Meeting rooms at this location require picking up a keycard from our Downtown location. 


Cloud Room Private Office (seats 1-2) includes:


  • motorized sit/stand desk with two ergonomic chairs
  • high-speed internet with both Wi-Fi and CAT 5
  • small whiteboard and monitor
  • glass door with operable blind
  • plus, with your ten pack purchase you’ll also receive member discounts, listing in our Directory, and invitations to members only events like happy hour, holiday parties, mixers, etc.

HOURLY:  $20/hr standard ~ $15/hr discounted rate for members & non-profits

DAILY:  $80/day

PACKS:  $125 for 10 hours ($12.50/hr) or $200 for 20 hours ($10/hr) ~ can be used in 1/2 hour increments, good for six months.


Blue Room (seats 4-6) includes:

  • rectangular table with six chairs
  • high speed Wi-Fi
  • large whiteboard & large LCD monitor
  • window to the park

HOURLY:  $35/hr standard ~ $20/hr discounted rate for members & non-profits

DAILY:  $160/day

PACKS:  $250 for 10 hours ($25/hr) or $400 for 20 hours ($20/hr) ~ can be used in 1/2 hour increments, good for six months.


 The Gallery (seats 6-10+) includes:

  • rectangular table with ten chairs
  • high-speed internet with both Wi-Fi and CAT 5
  • large whiteboard, large LCD, easel, & conference phone
  • skylight and frosted glass door
