Michael Giotis will present and discuss practical tools for developing a winning message for any size project or business. We’ll talk candidly about what makes these tools work and how to use them to drive productivity and collaboration.
Much of the lesson will be spent using the tools on our projects, products or businesses with the goal of leaving the session with a better understanding of how to motivate our customers.

Bio: Michael Giotis is the principle of inHabit Business Systems, where he facilitates strategy workshops and consults on executive productivity and organizational development, based on 15 years of international organization leadership. He is the Director of Strategic Development at Sustainable North Bay, a non-profit which convenes events to support the transition to a sustainable economy in the North Bay. He uses game design principles to design tools and activities which model organizational processes to help companies identify the keys to innovation.
