Whether you think you should have a living trust, or a family member named you as an executor or trustee of their estate, we’ll cover what you need to know to get started, including:
- the difference between wills and trusts
- when you need to start planning
- the role of executors, trustees, and attorneys-in-fact
- choosing the right guardian for your kids
- what happens in probate
- how estate planning documents can help you during your lifetime
