What makes you tick? And what makes your colleagues, friends and family excited? How much could you and your work benefit from better understanding people?
Enneagram is an effective way to understand the internal incentives and desires we all have consciously or unconsciously at work and home. It can help honor someone else’s perspective (even when they themselves don’t know it) as well as hold your own without it necessarily leading to conflict. It can be a great tool in ushering more fulfillment, happiness and productive in our lives.
Come join me in a session which will describe:
- The Enneagram system of 9 Personality types.
- It’s practicality in daily life and relationships at work and at home.
- How to apply it for our personal growth.
