Customers only buy when they see something they want. How do you know if your offerings really appeal to your customers?
Beth Meredith and Eric Storm of Create The Good Life will demonstrate a technique for standing in the shoes of your customers and looking at your business from their perspective. From there you can see what they are looking for, what makes sense to them, and just as important, what is either irrelevant or an obstacle to them. Learn which of your products, services and offerings they want, and the words that help your customers connect to them.
They will be doing hands on demonstrations and give you a chance to work on your own materials. We encourage you to bring a copy of your home page and services page, a list of your services or products, or key words you use to describe what you do and what you offer.
Topics include:
- Knowing your ideal client
- Learning what they think they want
- Finding language that speaks to them
