Rapid and Affordable Answers to Customer ID, Value Proposition and your Sales Model.
This info packed workshop will help entrepreneurs launching a new venture or new products do cost effective market analysis prior to, during and after launches.
Participants will learn how to:
• ID the best target customer segments
• Define your value proposition, including most valued features and functions, and optimal pricing to maximize revenues
• Flush out your sales strategy, including where your target prospects in your category go for information and to buy.
