Whether in art or life, work projects or relationships on pause, creative blocks can shut you down. And yet, all blocks have a purpose. One is the idea that we need to learn to create from conflict – turning the very problem we are experiencing into a piece of the solution. From writer’s block, to tough decisions, this lesson will help you discover the purpose of the creative block and how to honor its challenges. Through dialogues, imagery, and writing you will learn and explore techniques for how to get out of your own way and move through these challenging crossroads no matter how long you’ve been stuck.
