fred-krawchukLots of us think about trying mindfulness meditation, but it can be hard to know where to begin. This introductory session will show you how to start, feel better, and enjoy your life a little more. By learning how to pay attention to what’s going on around us – instead of operating on autopilot – we can reduce stress, unlock creativity, and boost performance. Studies have shown that practicing mindfulness, even for just a few weeks, can bring a variety of physical, psychological, and social benefits.

During this introduction to mindfulness training, we will explore the following topics:

·  What is mindfulness?

·  What are the benefits of mindfulness?

·  How is mindfulness practiced?
