In this session, Sara Schwab will briefly review the basics of how our brains handle stress, worry and fear. She will discuss how small changes in our thoughts and habits can change our mood, and even our brains, so we feel less stress, overwhelm and fear. She will provide a number of concrete tools on how we can begin feeling more peaceful and productive immediately.

Bio: Sara Schwab, MBA, MSW, has over 20 years experience in the health care industry, working first as a psychotherapist and clinical social worker and then as a health care administrator leading and coaching teams. She is a part-time coach and counselor (coachelor) and is passionate about helping people feel more peace and joy in their lives.
