Setting up a company newsletter closes the customer loop, bringing customers back to your website without having to start the loop over again by attracting them to your business. This workshop will cover newsletter basics (including the necessary, though paradoxical, “Why you shouldn’t call your newsletter a ‘newsletter’ rule”) and help you to brainstorm what value your newsletter can provide for your customers.
