Success, are we there yet?

It can be a challenge to pinpoint what success looks like as it’s a bit different for everyone. But most agree that you cannot change what you do not measure. How do we know if we are winning? As your business evolves and matures measuring progress and success via tracking key metrics and performance indicators becomes more important than ever.

In this half-day workshop with Business Coach Denise Thompson you will define what success looks like for your business and how to stay on track with your goals. Then working in small groups we will dive deeper and define specifically what metrics to measure and track to be truly set up for success and ahead of any market shifts or business opportunities.
