• How to use an Automated External Defibrillator.

• Techniques for helping our most important people – Children and Infants.

You will be confident and capable to respond to an emergency using the techniques put forth in this class.

Bio: After a fourteen year career as a FireFighter/Paramedic, Sarah found herself in her most challenging career role as a stay at home parent. Sarah holds a BS in Human Anatomy and Kinesiology and an MPA. She has been teaching American Heart Association CPR since 1998. In her spare time she is usually in the ocean riding waves in any way possible- surfing, paddling, or in an outrigger canoe.
